Discover the Magic of batik workshop with Rosi Robinson in Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada. You will be introduced to different batik techniques of applying wax and dyes. You will work on different papers and on cotton fabric and silk. Rosi will take you through different stages of batiking both figurative and abstract designs, building up the colourful dyes, starting from light to dark, waxing the details at each stage.
